After having to travel on 2010 (due to the volcano eruption) all the way from Madrid to Windermere by car, this year was rather placid: a bank holiday weekend with FANTASTIC weather, a royal wedding on the day we visited York… and a very windy visit to Hadrian's Wall

It was an unbelievable weekend; we could not take more pics because Cris was in charge of the camera and she likes to take far too many, so we run out of batteries! :-)
